MME Spring 2010 Michigan Merit Exam (MME) Testing Schedule 2010 DAY 1-Tuesday, March 9th 7:10-7:20 Testing Staff arrives 7:20-7:35 Testing Staff briefing 7:35-7:45 Students are admitted and seated 7:45-8:00 Begin reading the verbal instructions Distribution of test materials to students Administer the five tests and two breaks exactly as directed Approx 12:00 Collect and verify test materials Dismiss students *Students are dismissed for the day. Staff will resume their Professional Development schedule. Day 2-Wednesday, March 10th 7:10-7:20 Testing Staff arrives 7:20-7:35 Testing Staff briefing 7:35-7:45 Students are admitted and seated 7:45-8:00 Begin reading verbal instructions Distribution of test materials 8:05-8:50 Administration of Test 1 8:50-9:35 Administration of Test 2 9:35-9:50 Break 9:50-10:35 Administration of Test 3 10:35-10:45 Collect and verify test materials Dismiss students *Students and staff will return to their normal day at 10:45 a.m., including afternoon career center if scheduled.
Day 3-Thursday, March 11th 7:10-7:20 Testing Staff arrives 7:20-7:35 Testing Staff briefing 7:35-7:45 Students are admitted and seated 7:45-8:00 Begin reading verbal instructions Distribution of test materials 8:05-8:35 Administer Michigan Mathematics (timed) 8:35-8:40 Give verbal instructions for Michigan Science 8:40-9:20 Administer Michigan Science (timed) 9:20-9:35 Break 9:40-9:45 Give verbal instructions for Michigan Social Studies 9:45-10:15 Administer Michigan Social Studies (timed) 10:15 Collect and verify test materials Dismiss students *Students and staff will return to their normal day at 10:15 a.m., including afternoon career center if scheduled. **IF your student needs transportation on Tuesday, March 9th, please make sure they complete the required form and it will be arranged. **NOTE: Students who complete all three days of testing=NO SCHOOL on |
